Transportation

It is a privilege to be able to assist injured patients who have either been hurt at work, on the highway or at home.  However, sometimes, our patient’s are not able to come to our facility for the care that’s been recommended or that they need to get well.  This often leads to lengthy treatment duration with very little care leaving the patient perhaps at home disabled and not working and not getting the treatment they need to heal correctly.

At Spine and Joint Institute of Waukegan, we have satisfied a growing need in this area for this specific circumstance.  The service we provide is transportation to and from our facility for our workers compensation patient’s.  We allow this as well, for select patients with personal injury cases that have either been left without a vehicle due to their car being totaled in an auto collision, or an accident leaving them temporarily disabled whereby they cannot walk or drive a vehicle.  With both these type cases, we ask that you visit our center and speak with our staff in how we can assist you with this that you may relax and not worry about getting to your therapy.  Each case must be authorized through the administration of our center and also depends on where you live and what square mile radius you are from our office.

If you’ve been injured or think that we may be able to help you with your injury, old or new, and have further questions on transportation, please feel free to call our office. We always enjoy having people visit our center and if you haven’t yet, please feel free to drop by and say hi.  We look forward to meeting with you.
